🔼 Shutout! The men’s soccer team earned its first win of the season on Saturday. The Chanticleers shut out Stetson 2-0 at home. Baxter Hurt and Mateo Caride each scored. Coastal had 12 shots and seven were on goal. Goalkeeper Will Devine had two saves.

🔼 Anotha’ Dub. The women’s soccer team won its fourth game of the season on Sunday. The Chants beat Campbell 2-1. Breckynn Pugh and Landri Allee each scored. Goalkeeper Aris Lamanna had seven saves. Coastal had 11 shots and six were on goal.

🔼 Opening Weekend. The volleyball team opened its season this past weekend. The Chants took on Duke on Friday and Viara Prapunova led all players with 18 kills and added 10 digs for a double-double. But the team fell 3-1. The women bounced back and beat Queens 3-2 on Sunday. Anszley Rinard led all players with 19 kills. Natalie Hughes had 17 kills.

🔼 Welcome! The women’s lacrosse team named Grace Cobaugh the assistant coach. Cobaugh spent the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Seton Hill University. She helped the Griffins post a combined 23-13 record and coached 12 all-conference performers. Cobaugh also has experience as the program director for True Dynamite Lacrosse.
