🔼 Adding to the Staff. The baseball team welcomes Bobby Austin to its staff! Austin will be the director of player development. He recently spent the 2026 season as East Carolina’s director of program development and camp coordinator. Before that, he spent six seasons at Mississippi State where he progressed from graduate assistant to coordinator of player development.

More than College. New baseball staff member Bobby Austin has experience working with USA Baseball. He was a bullpen coach and task force coordinator.
